It's Not a Thing It's a Process



They had it right - mindfulness
  each moment
  each task
  each job

         They are
        an __experience__

    Not what
you were supposed
to do but what
you are.
    (doing?)
    (being?)
 doesn't matter,
it's real.

   I could
   get rid of
  everything I
own and I'd
still be me!

    Intention

    oh that's
     right

Reality is this
tunnel and every
bit of input from the
senses snaps
it closer to ______ <-
no. It's a process    \
                      /
      that's it!     /
      that's the thing!

By giving yourself
up to explainability by
__them__, you become
more like them.
Any one truth can't
be brought back to
__western materialism__
without losing part of itself

People go about their
day - so *there*,
so much *experience*!
but don't notice
Not to criticize them
or anything

It's amazing how
fragile it all is

"if it doesn't fit
into words then
it isn't real"
- um no, who thinks
                that?

The urgency:

"don't waste time"
